New PSP Group "Grand Opening"

TART Lovers Refugees are all welcome!  We LOVE TART and have created a forum for all TART lovers to create, hang out, have fun and keep up with each other’s lives, loves and tribulations.

This new Group is open to “all” taggers and Artists!   We love Artists and Scrap Kit creators!

Are you a non tagger?  No worries, Join us anyway!  We make tags for everybody!  We have a separate thread specifically for non taggers to request tags! 

Hope ya’ll can come join us!  Any creation is acceptable as long as it’s a “PG-13″ taggie.
